(a) During the course special emphasis is given to the food safety regime especially in the work place which mainly deals with the food preparation and serving.
(b) We train our student to prevent food from any foodborne illness

(d) We mainly teach safety precautions for storing, receiving, and presenting food
(e) We look forward to reduce common errors while handling hazardous foods
The course involves the taking care of the sanitation of the food for the laborers, workers, and common layman. We train the cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and shop specialists, so that the food security is taken care of at the initial level itself. The BC Health Act: Food Premises Regulation expresses that each administrator of a food service benefit foundation, and no less than one representative on each move, must hold a Food Safe Level 1 declaration, or endorsement from a course perceived as identical to FOODSAFE. Food Safe Level 1 course in Vancouver is conveyed as an eight hour eye to eye class.
On achieving 70% marks in the multiple choice question paper, we can issue a Food Safe Level 1 certificate. This certificate is valid for 5 years only.

What time is the class?
The class starts from 9am and ends at 5pm. We request you to be at least 15 minutes early.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once you complete the class you will be given a temporary certificate and when you pass the examination, you will receive a permanent certification.
